Q. What do you have available?
A. We have lots to choose from on our website. Thanks to our easy to use online booking system, you can check the availability of all the items on our website. If the item you'd like to book is available, you will be able to book online as normal. However if the item is booked, you unfortunately won't be able to continue with your booking.
Q. How far in advance can I book?
A. It's never too early to book with us! As you can imagine, our peak season is from April - September and these months can be extremely busy. We quite often have 1-2 vans on the road delivery plenty of fun to our lovely customers. We have an average notice of 50 days which has been calculated from previous bookings. We can occasionally allow next day/same day bookings but this will be dependant on our demand.
Q. What are your delivery/collection times?
A. We aim to start our deliveries from 8am for most items such as bouncy castles, soft play, hot tubs and garden games. Our latest outdoor collection time is 6pm during winter months and 8pm during summer months. This may vary depending on the day due to high/low numbers of bookings. Services such as our mobile discos, photo booths, inflatable cinema etc have more specified delivery times which can be confirmed via phone/email. Q. Do you require a deposit/full payment?
A. Yes absolutely! We will require a small deposit varying from half the total price on each time you book. You can also pay in full when booking online but providing a deposit has been paid, the outstanding balance can be settled by the morning of delivery. You can do this by using the link on your confirmation email (please check your junk mail). WWe can also take payment over the phone but please Contact Us to do so.
Q. What confirmation will I receive?
A. Once your deposit has been received, we will send over an invoice, confirmation email, these can sometimes appear in your junk folder rather than your inbox so please do check. You will then receive a second confirmation email 1-2 days before your booking date to give you peace of mind that your booking is still going ahead.
Q. What areas do you cover?
A. We are a Warwickshire based company and travel wide and far! Our main delivery areas are Warwick, Leamington, KENILWORTH, Coventry, Rugby, Solihull, Birmingham. Other delivery areas may be considered if a mimuinum order value has been reached. Please Contact Us for more info.
Q. I've booked a bouncy castle and it's meant to rain, what do I do?
A. If rain is forecast on the day of your booking, we will contact you to make a mutual decision on whether you would like to continue with your booking or if you would rather move your booking to an alternative date (subject to availability). If so, any payments made can be transferred to the new date at no extra cost.
Q. Can bouncy castles go on outdoor hard surfaces or astro turf?
A. If outdoors, all inflatables must be pegged down into the ground. We use heavy duty anchor stakes to peg all inflatables down, using the several anchor points around the inflatable. On some exceptions, we can peg into astro turf, however a number small holes will remain once the inflatable has be collected (around the size of a 5p coin). For 100% guaranteed delivery, it is best to place and secure the inflatable on real grass or in a large indoor space where sandbags can be used.
Q. Do your man the fun foods?
A. Yes, we man all of our Fun Food Machines. We do however dry hire our Slush Machine if booked on it's own.
Q. How long does it take you to setup?
A. This will be dependant on the items hired, it can take anywhere between 15 minutes to a couple of hours. For a more accurate setup duration, please visit our website. Or Contact Us
Q. Do you offer NHS/Blue Light card Discount?
A. Yes absolutely! Please send a copy of your ID via email or Facebook page to receive a 10% discount code. This can be used on any of our items available for hire.
